| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Yat Wan Thiam ("Ms Yat") has on 6 August 2025 tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company due to personal family commitments. The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted Ms Yat's resignation. Ms Yat and the Company have mutually agreed to an earlier departure date. Accordingly, her last day of employment will be on 6 August 2025. The Company is in the process of searching for a suitable candidate for the position of CFO (or equivalent rank). An announcement will be made in due course once a new appointment is confirmed. In the interim, the finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") will be overseen by the Company's finance team. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms Yat and there are no disagreements between Ms Yat and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, RHB Bank Berhad, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms Yat as the CFO of the Company. |
